This is a temp-to-perm opportunity and my client is looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
  
Your new role
As an Executive Assistant, you will be supporting two directors with their operating workflow and administrative duties. You will also be assisting them with projects and be the liaison for external stakeholders.
  • Diary and calendar management
  • Coordination of events and travel
  • Preparation of agendas and presentations
  • Minute taking
  • Records and document management
  • Compile reports for board and management meeting
  
About you
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have at least 3+ years’ experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant working in a professional environment and possess strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Computer literate with advanced MS Office suite and productivity apps including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams
  • Demonstrable high attention to detail and a commitment to high standard of work
  • Ability to foster and manage internal and external stakeholder relationship
