Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to Executive
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel
- Undertaking background research and data analysis for the relevant senior or executive level staff member/s and drafting correspondence and documents, which includes handling of confidential materials
- Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and meeting notes
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Assist with internal and external communications
- Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and partners on behalf of the Executive
- Track deadlines, follow-ups, and project milestones
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks and support office operations as needed
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools
- Ability to work independently and maintain discretion with sensitive information
- Education or Health industry is advantageous
