Executive Assistant - 12 months

Job description

We are looking for 2 experienced EA's:
1x 12 Months
1x 6 Months

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to Executive
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel
  • Undertaking background research and data analysis for the relevant senior or executive level staff member/s and drafting correspondence and documents, which includes handling of confidential materials
  • Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and meeting notes
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
  • Assist with internal and external communications
  • Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and partners on behalf of the Executive
  • Track deadlines, follow-ups, and project milestones
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks and support office operations as needed
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools
  • Ability to work independently and maintain discretion with sensitive information
  • Education or Health industry is advantageous

5 Days in Office - Inner City Location. 
$100K plus Superannuation (high value super)
