Executive Assistant to the CFO and CRO (10-Month Maternity Leave Contract)

We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to provide top-tier support to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Risk Officer (CRO) within a fast-paced financial services environment. The ideal candidate will have significant experience supporting a CFO and demonstrate an exceptional ability to manage executive responsibilities. As a key member of the Office of the CFO, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency and facilitating effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience supporting a CFO and demonstrate an exceptional ability to manage executive responsibilities. As a key member of the Office of the CFO, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency and facilitating effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level support to the CFO and CRO, including complex calendar management, travel arrangements, inbox management, and preparation of documents and reports
- Handle Board and Committee requirements, including agenda drafting, minute-taking, and document management
- Serve as the primary liaison for both the CFO and CRO, maintaining professional and timely interactions with various stakeholders
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professional judgment in all communications
- Coordinate and manage meetings, events, and logistical needs, including room setup and guest accommodations
- Proactively manage deadlines and support the CFO and CRO to meet strategic and operational goals
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience supporting a C-suite executive in the financial services industry, with experience supporting a CFO highly desirable
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior-level Executive Assistant role
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- The ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- High levels of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
- You must be available to commence mid-November in order to allow a sufficient handover period
