As the Event Specialist, you’ll work closely with the Community Events Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale internal and community events. You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end event process, including:
- Developing event briefs, project plans, budgets, and reports
- Coordinating event logistics, suppliers, contractors, and third-party vendors
- Managing internal community events like Family Days and a corporate Golf Day with external partners
- Leading event communications and engagement strategies
- Creating and managing communications and marketing materials including intranet content, photography briefs, event guidelines, and registration processes (using EventsAIR)
- Analysing post-event data and reporting key insights aligned to business objectives
- Providing product administration and support across the broader events portfolio
- Minimum 3 years' experience in event management, ideally in a corporate or marketing-focused environment
- Proven experience delivering high-quality events from concept to completion
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with both internal and external parties
- Exceptional attention to detail and high-level written communication skills
- Excellent coordination, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Confidence working with event platforms such as EventsAIR (or similar)
