- Identify and deliver process automation, workflow improvements, and data integrity initiatives that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation, training, and knowledge-sharing resources to uplift capability across the organization.
- Represent the Digital, Data & Technology team in cross-functional forums, influencing innovation and business outcomes.
Experience required
- Hands-on experience with cloud ERP and HRIS platforms (TechnologyOne, Oracle or Dynamics preferred)
- Experience leading enterprise application lifecycle management including configuration, upgrades, integrations, and vendor support.
- Strong background in systems integration and automation (APIs, Azure Logic Apps, scripting, middleware).
- Solid understanding of Finance and HR processes with the ability to translate business requirements into system enhancements.
- Proven ability to reduce technical debt and optimize enterprise architectures for long-term scalability.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to balance technical depth with business impact.
- Excellent relationship management skills, engaging with executives, business users, and external vendors.
