ER Case Advisor

The Role:

As an ER Case Advisor, you will be responsible for managing a range of employee relations cases of all levels. You will provide expert advice and support on investigations, performance management, and other ER matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant legislation. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support a variety of ER cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management issues, from initiation to resolution.
  • Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints and incidents.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on ER matters, ensuring consistency and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed case documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and legal advisors to ensure effective case management.
  • Identify trends and provide insights to drive continuous improvement in ER practices.
  • Support change management initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing ER cases end-to-end, including investigations and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
