Enterprise Solutions Analyst
Job description
About Camden Council
Camden Council is one of the fastest-growing local government areas in Australia, a place where innovation, sustainability, and community come together. It is an exciting time to join an evolving, adaptive, and future-focused organisation supporting a rapidly growing region.
The Opportunity
Troocoo is proud to be partnering with Camden Council to appoint an experienced Enterprise Solutions Analyst on a 3-year fixed-term basis. This role sits within the Digital, Technology & Innovation branch and focuses on supporting, enhancing and optimising Council’s Human Resources Information Systems, ensuring systems are reliable, well integrated, and aligned with business needs. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement, with three days per week based in the Oran Park office.
The Role
Reporting to the Team Leader – Digital & Enterprise Solutions, you will provide technical and systems expertise across a range of enterprise platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
You are a versatile Systems Analyst who thrives at the intersection of technical architecture and business strategy. With a tertiary qualification in IT or a proven track record in systems analysis, you possess the rare ability to translate complex HR requirements into seamless digital workflows. Your background is rooted in the administration of enterprise-scale SaaS platforms, where you have acted as a trusted partner to Human Resources and key leadership teams to ensure technology serves the broader organizational mission.
Technically, you are much more than a functional administrator. You bring a sophisticated understanding of how data flows between systems, specifically through the use of APIs and middleware platforms. You are comfortable diving into the back-end, utilizing SQL, Power BI, or ETL tools to extract meaningful insights and ensure data integrity. Whether you are navigating a large-scale implementation or optimizing an existing cloud ecosystem, you pride yourself on producing meticulous technical and functional documentation that sets the standard for your team.
Beyond your technical toolkit, you are a natural problem-solver who enjoys the challenge of project coordination and systems integration. While experience within a local government or public sector context is highly regarded, your true value lies in your adaptability across multiple cloud-based environments. You likely have a growing interest or experience in the Microsoft Power Platform, and you use your strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical possibilities and practical business outcomes.
