End User Support Specialist

We're looking for a technically skilled End User Support Officer to hands-on support for internal end-users across our Clients Brisbane office and remote locations.
You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operation of desktop, laptop, mobile device, hardware, and software systems.

You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operation of desktop, laptop, mobile device, hardware, and software systems.
Key Responsibilities of this position will include the following:
- Configure, deploy, install, and troubleshoot business applications using Microsoft SCCM
- Provide user support and training across common productivity tools, including the Microsoft Office suite
- Set up and manage corporate iPhones through Apple DEP and Microsoft InTune, and assist users with iOS and Android devices (corporate and BYOD)
- Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 support across networking, VPN, wireless connectivity, software packaging, MFA, and SOE environments
- Monitor systems for upgrades and improvements to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Identify, resolve, and prevent technical issues affecting end-user services
- Support the maintenance of a wide area network across multiple office locations
- Respond to support requests via remote tools, phone, and deskside visits
- Comply with company policies and procedures
- Take on other duties as required
- Experience in Tier 1 or Tier 2 desktop technical support
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and/or Microsoft Azure Active Directory
- Experience with Exchange, SharePoint Online, Teams, and the Office 365 suite
- Understanding of IT security best practices
- Ability to create documentation for repeatable processes
- Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in SCCM, Intune, PowerShell, SOE builds, and Group Policy
- 2+ years' experience in an Endpoint Engineering role
- Familiarity with Cyber Security Operations
- Experience managing Teams Rooms and AV equipment
- Knowledge of network fundamentals
- ICT certifications and/or a degree in ICT, Business, or related field
