We are seeking an experienced End User Support Specialist to provide high-quality technical support to internal users across office and remote locations.
This role plays a key part in ensuring end-user technology is reliable, secure and fit for purpose, supporting day-to-day operations through proactive service and problem resolution.
You will work across a broad range of desktop, mobile and infrastructure technologies, delivering Tier 1 and Tier 2 support while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within End User Services.

We are seeking an experienced End User Support Specialist to provide high-quality technical support to internal users across office and remote locations.
This role plays a key part in ensuring end-user technology is reliable, secure and fit for purpose, supporting day-to-day operations through proactive service and problem resolution.
You will work across a broad range of desktop, mobile and infrastructure technologies, delivering Tier 1 and Tier 2 support while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within End User Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, deploy, install and troubleshoot business applications using Microsoft SCCM
- Provide support and training to users across Microsoft Office and productivity tools
- Configure, test and deploy corporate iPhones via Apple DEP and Microsoft Intune
- Support corporate and BYOD mobile devices across iOS and Android platforms
- Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 support across networking, wireless, VPN, MFA, SOE and software packaging
- Proactively identify system improvements to enhance performance, stability and user experience
- Identify and prevent faults across End User Services environments
- Assist with maintaining a wide area network across multiple sites
- Provide professional, customer-focused support via phone, remote access and deskside visits
- Document processes and work instructions to support repeatable and scalable solutions
- Adhere to organisational policies, procedures and security standards
- Undertake additional duties as required
Essential
- Demonstrated experience in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 desktop support role
- Strong experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint and Teams
- Experience with SCCM, Intune, SOE builds, Group Policy and PowerShell
- Solid understanding of security systems and protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver practical, sustainable solutions
- Ability to clearly document technical processes and procedures
- 2+ years’ experience in an endpoint engineering or similar role
- Exposure to Cyber Security Operations processes
- Experience managing Microsoft Teams Rooms and AV equipment
- Understanding of networking fundamentals
- Relevant ICT certifications
- Degree in ICT, Business or a related discipline
