As an IR/ER Advisor (AO6), you will manage comprehensive investigations and inquiries from start to finish, ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of employee relations investigations.
- Provide advice on industrial relations issues, including grievances and workplace conduct.
- Conduct interviews, gather evidence, and prepare investigation reports.
- Ensure timely and confidential handling of all cases.
- Advise on risk management strategies and policy compliance.
- Previous Government experience is essential
- Proven experience in conducting end-to-end investigations.
- Strong knowledge of industrial relations legislation and employment law.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
