Our Client 
An exceptional opportunity has become available for a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support the Group President of Australia within a global organisation operating at significant scale.

You will be supporting a senior executive who leads a team of 14 and works closely with an established Executive Leadership Team, this role requires confidence operating at true executive level within a complex, fast paced environment.

Contract Details
  • Initial three-month contract with possibility to extend
  • Immediate start preferred
  • Full time position, Monday to Friday
  • Onsite parking and EV charging
The Role
  • Supporting the Group President of Australia, this role provides end to end executive support within a complex, fast paced environment.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Complex diary management across multiple time zones
  • End to end travel coordination, including regular Perth travel for the Group President
  • Managing bookings through Egencia
  • Corporate card and executive administration, including documentation and renewals
  • Coordinating leadership meetings, agendas and offsites
  • Supporting integration activity across interstate operations
  • Acting as a calm, steady presence in a high pressure environment
  • Supporting a Group President who leads a direct team of 14 and works closely with an Executive Leadership Team of 24
About You

  • Demonstrated experience supporting C Suite, President or Group Executive level leaders within large, complex organisations
  • Confident operating in matrix environments with multiple senior stakeholders
  • Highly self motivated and comfortable stepping into a role without heavy direction
  • Calm, composed and emotionally intelligent, with the ability to manage direct communication styles
  • Strong judgement, discretion and executive level stakeholder engagement capability
  • Able to see challenges as opportunities and operate with a nothing is a problem mindset
