We are currently seeking a caring and enthusiastic Direct Care Worker to join our team for permanent work in our Aged Care facility in Maryborough QLD.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care (e.g., bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding) in a respectful and dignified manner
• Provide emotional and social support to help residents feel connected and engaged
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort
• Monitor residents’ wellbeing and report any concerns or changes in condition
• Complete accurate care documentation and follow individual care plans
• Support residents in participating in daily routines and meaningful activities

Key Requirements:

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Disability
• At least 6 months of experience in Aged Care would be considered
• 2024/2025 Influenza Vaccine Record
• Australian Police Check (or willingness to undergo one)
• Ideally with NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Full working rights in Australia (no visa sponsorships offered)
