About the Role:
This role sits at the heart of the company's performance marketing efforts, covering performance paid media, meta, email, SMS, app, and organic social media.
- Plan and execute social media, email, SMS, and push notification campaigns.
- Manage digital assets, CRM segmentation, and optimise landing pages throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Maintain marketing calendars and support campaign launches.
- Support budget tracking and reconciliation of paid media spend to ensure accurate reporting.
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure social and email content aligns with campaign objectives.
- Assist in briefing and coordinating deliverables from external paid partners, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Conduct competitor research and monitor industry trends to refine marketing strategies.
- Assist with campaign launches, including testing email templates, reviewing ad previews, and checking campaign links.
- Compile and analyse data for weekly, monthly, and campaign-specific performance reports.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in digital marketing, performance marketing, or eCommerce.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficient in Performance meta paid search, Google Ads Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with CRM and social media scheduling tools.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
