About the Role:
- Plan, manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other relevant platforms to achieve acquisition and revenue targets.
- Take ownership of paid media performance, monitoring campaigns daily and proactively identifying optimisation opportunities.
- Support organic marketing initiatives, applying SEO fundamentals and content optimisation best practices to drive visibility and website traffic.
- Step in to support social and digital activity when required, particularly during periods of team leave or increased workload.
- Track, analyse and report on campaign and channel performance using GA4, Shopify Analytics and other relevant tools, translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Execute and analyse A/B testing across ads, creatives, audiences and formats to continuously improve performance and ROI.
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in digital marketing, performance marketing, or eCommerce (Shopify highly advantageous).
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to manage, analyse, and optimise campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
- Proficient in Google Ads Manager, GA4 and Meta Ads Manager.
