As the Design Operations Lead, you'll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and fellow UX/UI Designers to continuously enhance operations and systems across multi channel brands. Your work will simplify customer experiences and empower consultants to be the best travel experts in the world.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement scalable frameworks to boost design team efficiency.
- Standardise and manage design tools and systems across all projects.
- Create unified UX and visual guidelines for mobile and web products.
- Strategically partner with engineering, product, and brand teams to shape the future of our design systems.
- Build high-quality mocks and prototypes, using user research and data to guide decisions.
- Inspire teams with innovative ideas and define next-gen interfaces.
- Maintain and enhance design systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible.
- Build relationships at all levels across multiple brands.
- Minimum of 5+ years design experience.
- Expertise in managing or contributing to a design system.
- Advanced Figma and Storybook skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to speak with conviction.
- Experience in design operations in a sme, startup or corporate.
