A leading financial services firm is seeking a high calibre Solutions Architect to define current state, transition states and target state solution architectures for projects and current business scenarios consistent with domain and group architecture. The Solutions Architect will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
Key Accountabilities:

The Solutions Architect will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
Key Accountabilities:
- Take accountability for end-to-end solutions meeting business needs.
- Provide technical advice and guidance to Project Managers, IT Managers and Business representatives.
- Develop comprehensive data solution architectures for projects and current business challenges, aligning with domain and group architecture.
- Exhibit design leadership by understanding business and IT strategies, domain and group architecture, and designing for reuse and deployment across the organization.
- Present design options for multiple solutions, contribute to idea definitions, and provide high-level project estimates.
- Offer technical leadership to project teams, ensuring an integrated and architecturally compliant implementations
- Mentor and guide architects, technical leads, application system specialists, business & system analysts.
- Contribute to enhancing the architectural approach within the domain and the broader architecture community, sharing learnings with teams and stakeholders.
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Solutions Architect
- Possess strong business partnering skills and the ability to engage with non-technical staff
- You will have worked in the insurance or financial services industry
- It will be advantageous to be TOGAF Certified
