Data Entry & Expense Management Officer

Job description

We’re partnering with a leading not-for-profit organisation dedicated to delivering compassionate in-home aged care services across Queensland. They are seeking an experienced Data Entry Administrator to join them on an 8-month contract based in Ipswich. 

This is a fully office-based position, offering the opportunity to work with a warm, purpose-driven team who make a genuine difference in people’s lives every day.

You will:
  • Code and process invoices with accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage and submit expense claims for clients
About You:
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive and supportive approach to teamwork
  • A current-police check
  • Previous experience in financial administration, including invoice coding and expense management would be highly regarded but not required
