Are you passionate about building intelligent, scalable data ecosystems that power AI and advanced analytics? We’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer / Data Architect to lead the design, development, and optimisation of modern data platforms across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
Within this role, you will take ownership of designing and delivering robust data architectures, intelligent data pipelines, and AI-ready data assets.

- Designing and developing scalable cloud data architectures, primarily using Microsoft Azure (Azure Data Warehouse, Data Factory, Databricks, Power BI, Cosmos DB, Logic Apps).
- Building and optimising data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and automation workflows.
- Developing dashboards and analytics using Power BI and Google Analytics 4.
- Implementing and managing solutions across Google Cloud (including BigQuery) and supporting AWS-based workloads.
- Integrating data from CRM and LMS/SMS platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, JobReady, and aXcelerate.
- Ensuring strong data governance, including data quality, metadata management, and security best practice.
- Optimising data storage, retrieval, and performance across platforms.
- Supporting AI initiatives through high-quality, reliable, well-structured data.
- Providing technical leadership and guidance to engineers and analysts.
- Partnering with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver impactful data solutions.
- 5+ years’ experience in data engineering, architecture, or AI engineering roles.
- Strong SQL and/or Python skills.
- Deep experience with Microsoft Azure data tools and services.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS).
- Practical knowledge of integrating data from CRM or LMS/SMS platforms.
- Strong understanding of data governance, security, privacy, and compliance.
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and modern data engineering practices.
- Exposure to AI/ML frameworks and model deployment.
- Highly Desirable: Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, distributed computing, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex concepts for stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or similar.
- Azure certifications (or equivalent cloud certifications) highly regarded.
