Are you a skilled Data Analyst with a passion for tackling complex challenges using a legacy technology stack? We have an exciting 12-month contract opportunity that requires your expertise in MS SQL Server, T-SQL, and Tableau to support multiple critical projects.
Role Overview As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting four major projects that are set to significantly impact our Data Analytics team. You'll be working within a legacy technology environment, where your strong SQL and Tableau skills will be key to driving project success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges and gather requirements.
- Technical Documentation: Translate business requirements into technical documentation, including Source to Target Mapping and Reporting Definitions.
- Data Provisioning: Provide custom data extracts to meet the needs of various project stakeholders.
- Tableau Development: Build new or enhance existing Tableau dashboards to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Database Development: Develop new database objects to provision data to Tableau or other downstream systems like Salesforce.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain Tableau Dashboards and Reports.
- SQL Expertise: Strong SQL skills with experience in developing views, Common Table Expressions (CTEs), stored procedures, and table-valued user-defined functions.
- Tableau Proficiency: 3+ years of experience in developing Tableau Reports and Dashboards.
- Data Sourcing: Experience in sourcing data from Ralph Kimball EDW Star Schemas and relational databases.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the superannuation or financial services industry.
- Admin Systems: Familiarity with superannuation admin systems such as Sonata or Acurity.
- Insights & Reporting: Experience delivering customer insights and organization KPI-related reporting.
- Advanced Tools: Experience with Databricks notebooks and dbt is a plus.
