D365 Technical Lead
Job description
Troocoo are partnering with a Queensland Government department to source an experienced D365 Technical Lead to join a major enterprise technology program currently progressing through the build stage.
This role will focus on uplifting engineering quality and delivery standards across a large Microsoft platform environment. Working closely with architects, developers, testers, and project leadership, you will ensure solutions are delivered to a high technical standard while supporting predictable sprint outcomes.
Operating in a hands-on technical leadership role, you will review code and configuration changes, ensure delivery standards are applied across the platform, and support agile delivery practices to keep work clearly defined and achievable each sprint.
The environment includes Dynamics 365 / Power Platform, Azure integration services, and Microsoft Fabric within a large enterprise delivery program.
The role is Brisbane CBD based with hybrid work arrangements, offering an initial 6-month contract with strong potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and assure code, configuration, and solution changes prior to deployment
- Champion delivery standards across security, resilience, performance, documentation, and maintainability
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and support sprint planning to ensure delivery outcomes are achievable
- Review pull requests, validate defect fixes, and support release readiness across the platform
- Work with architects and delivery leadership to continuously improve engineering standards
- Strong experience working as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer within Dynamics 365 / Power Platform environments
- Experience reviewing solution quality across cloud-based Microsoft platforms
- Strong knowledge of Azure services, integration patterns, and enterprise solution delivery
- Comfortable working within agile delivery teams and large enterprise programs
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across technical and delivery teams
