Join this Queensland Government department as an experienced Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst supporting the delivery of a major digital transformation initiative. Starting January 2026, this Brisbane-based contract runs through to September 2026, with strong potential for extension. This role offers hybrid work arrangements, however applicants must be located in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to interpret needs and translate them into clear, structured build requirements.
- Configure Dynamics 365 and support the delivery of a scalable, future-ready solution.
- Prepare technical documentation, diagrams, and Business Process Flows.
- Support data migration planning and execution from legacy systems.
- Lead and participate in testing activities, including end-to-end test execution.
- Develop training materials and deliver user training.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements post-implementation.
- Stay current with new Dynamics 365 features, recommending improvements where appropriate.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst on large ICT programs.
- Strong capability in business process analysis and solution design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience creating workflow diagrams and re-engineering business processes.
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Degree qualifications in IT, Business or similar.
- Dynamics 365 certifications.
- Experience with Customer Service, Customer Insights – Journeys, and Project Operations.
- Proficiency in BPMN 2.0.
