The role
The Business Analyst Cyber Security will be pivotal to the Cyber Security Program. You be able to identify business needs and operational pain points whilst building strong relationships across the business. Demonstrate the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders. Conduct gap analyses between baseline and target states and develop roadmaps to bridge the gaps. Demonstrated depth of knowledge in two of the following disciplines: Data/Information, applications, technology and integration architecture.
Responsibilities:
Will have 5 or more years’ experience as a technical BA. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, you are organised, systematic, thorough, accurate and disciplined. You will continuously develop in your area of expertise and are expected to provide innovative ideas to solve problems in your discipline.

Responsibilities:
- You will work independently to maximise your value, and to assess how to agree success criteria and Facilitating workshops, collaborative design sessions and performing customer journey mapping directly with product owners at all levels of the organisation
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary agile team to deliver high quality business value driven user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
- Consult with the Product Owner to priorities and shape the product backlog, using agile practices for prioritisation around business value
- Ensure that a customer centric approach is being followed/adopted with every feature built
- Participate in, and facilitate, agile ceremonies and rituals, backlog refinement, daily stand-up, Iteration, and release planning, showcases, and sprint retrospective

- Proven experience in defining ‘as is’ and 'to be' states, creating feature definition documents and in identifying potential solutions from a people, process and technology perspective.
- Strong understanding and experience with JIRA.
- Solid experience in requirements gathering, including experience in creating process documentation and then converting them into User Stories for development purposes.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills (proficiency in Visio, Word and PowerPoint)
- Experience in eliciting and documenting business requirements from a wide variety of sources
- Experience in facilitation and stakeholder management
- Testing Experience
- Strong Interpersonal and leadership skills
