We are calling all professional Retail candidates who are looking to break into the office/corporate world.

Join a fun, friendly and inclusive team in Brisbane CBD. This is an exciting opportunity for part time candidates looking to work in a corporate environment in customer service capacity. All training will be provided.

Duties
:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers within company guidelines
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat and other mediums, providing prompt, courteous and accurate information
  • Handle inbound calls with a high degree of professionalism and empathy
  • Provide general advice and assistance to customers and partners regarding policy activation, policy coverage, policy administration, new and/or existing claims.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective call resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to established call centre protocols and follow company guidelines
  • Ensure all contact and interaction is of the highest standard (written/ verbal)
  • Communicate clearly and appropriately to all internal and external Customers and Stakeholders
What you will bring:
  • Previous customer service experience either contact centre, retail, hospitality, or reception. All training will be provided.
  • Professional communicator who can connect with and assist customers in sometimes difficult situations.
  • Ability to deliver a great customer experience within a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment with a positive can-do attitude
  • Strong team player who supports and respects others and strives to exceed expectations
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry highly regarded but not essential  
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills whilst working accurately and to deadlines
Flexibility with rosters with shifts falling between Monday to Friday 10am – 2pm or 10am – 3pm (Minimum of 4 shifts per week) Must be available to work Monday and Tuesdays. Saturday work is available 9am – 2pm but not mandatory to work this day.
