What You’ll Do:
- Be the Voice of the Business – Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone professionally and promptly, representing the brand with every interaction.
- Support Customer Success – Provide clear, timely updates on deliveries, products, and logistics processes to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Assist and Resolve – Help customers book services, track their orders, and resolve any issues they encounter.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with internal teams to guarantee seamless service delivery.
- Keep Records Pristine – Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and any resolutions provided.
- Drive Improvement – Identify and suggest process improvements that can boost team performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Follow Through – Check in with customers to ensure their needs are met and that they’re happy with their experience.
- Prior experience in customer service or administration – ideally within transport and logistics, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that make our customers feel heard and supported.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an eagle eye for detail.
- Confidence to make quick, effective decisions when needed.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and a knack for learning new systems.
- A proactive team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Full-Time, Permanent Role – Stability with flexible working hours that suit your lifestyle (choose from 6 am - 2 pm, 7 am - 3 pm, or 8 am - 4 pm).
