Duties:

In this role you will be responsible for delivery of optimal customer service through collaboration and application of internal best practice protocols. Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Manage a portfolio of customer claims to completion
  • Be proactive, identifying issues, remove blockers and above all make decisions to get customer repairs completed to time the first time 
  • Deliver excellent customer service and all associated system/administration updates..
  • Proactive management of customers within the hire car & repairer network.
  • Management of a blended customer service role (inbound & outbound calls, administration tasks & support to the assessing teams).
  • Application of best practice protocols while working towards tight deadlines and with minimal supervision.
What you will bring:

To be successful in this exciting career opportunity, you will have demonstrated experience providing exceptional customer service. You will ideally bring:
  • Prior experience in a complex customer service environment. 
  • Ability to work and problem solve in a fast-paced environment, with no two days the same!
  • A resilient and mature personality - you will be handling sensitive information and dealing with people in difficult situations. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention-to-detail, with the ability to prioritize based on urgency and deadlines.
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
