Duties:
In this role you will be responsible for delivery of optimal customer service through collaboration and application of internal best practice protocols. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage a portfolio of customer claims to completion
- Be proactive, identifying issues, remove blockers and above all make decisions to get customer repairs completed to time the first time
- Deliver excellent customer service and all associated system/administration updates..
- Proactive management of customers within the hire car & repairer network.
- Management of a blended customer service role (inbound & outbound calls, administration tasks & support to the assessing teams).
- Application of best practice protocols while working towards tight deadlines and with minimal supervision.
To be successful in this exciting career opportunity, you will have demonstrated experience providing exceptional customer service. You will ideally bring:
- Prior experience in a complex customer service environment.
- Ability to work and problem solve in a fast-paced environment, with no two days the same!
- A resilient and mature personality - you will be handling sensitive information and dealing with people in difficult situations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention-to-detail, with the ability to prioritize based on urgency and deadlines.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
