About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to build your administrative and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment. Working within a large, dynamic team, you will be responsible for outbound calling customers to gain further information, and responding to email enquiries in a warm, timely manner, as well as supporting the team from an administrative perspective. You will provide high-level customer service to everyone you interact with and will place customer experience at the heart of all that you do.
  
Your day-to-day duties will include:
  • Upholding high levels of professionalism as you interact with customers.
  • Manage both in- and out-bound phone enquiries, as well as written queries, ensuring customers are well-educated and supported.
  • Cross-collaboration with other departments to enhance customer experience and retention.
  
  
About You
You will be a service extraordinaire with strong demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role. As someone who thrives in a busy environment, you will enjoy problem-solving and working as part of a team to deliver strong outcomes.
  
You will ideally have:
  • Strong experience in a customer facing role - retail, hospitality, and contact centre applicants are encouraged to apply!
  • Great verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Financial services or insurance experience will be highly regarded.
