- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat and other mediums, providing prompt, courteous and accurate information
- Provide general advice and assistance to customers and partners regarding policy activation, policy coverage, policy administration, new and/or existing claims.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective call resolution and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to established call center protocols and follow company guidelines
You will be a keen learner with a strong passion for customer service. You will have strong communication and organisation skills, and thrive working towards targets in a fast-paced environment. In addition, you'll also bring:
- Previous customer service experience )contact center will be highly regarded)
- Ability to handle objections with ease and maintain a calm and professional demeanor, even with difficult conversations.
- Ability to deliver a great customer experience within a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment with a positive can-do attitude
- Strong team player who supports and respects others and strives to exceed expectations
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry highly regarded but not essential
