Troocoo are proud to be partnering with a dynamic and innovative organisation that are community focused and pride themselves on delivering exceptional service. Due to a project, we are looking for Customer Service Officers for a 3 month temporary assignment. Head office is based in Toowoomba.

The role of Customer Service Officer is multifaceted and will require you to provide information and support to customers regarding bookings and rescheduling appointments as well as ensuring correct customer records. Key responsibilities include:
  • First point of contact for customers to assist with enquiries through a multi-channel environment
  • Schedule customer appointments
  • Maintain accurate records through assessing and processing customer requests and generating correspondence
  • Adhoc administrative tasks
This position is well suited to an outcomes focused and professional individual. You will have a passion for customer service and be able to productively engage with a variety of stakeholders.
