This a full-time position working Monday – Friday 7.30am – 3.30pm in a busy a fast paced environment.
This role offers training and growth, whilst being a part of a small and supportive team, with your focus providing customer service and support to all clients, making this role your own.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Updating client details and orders
- Trouble shooting
- Complaint handling
- Customer service via the phone and email
- Reception duties
- Data entry
- Consignment notes and quoting
- Following up on unpaid invoices
Skills:
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong customer service background
- Ability to build relationships
- Microsoft office suit
- Ability to multitask and think outside the box
- Attention to detail
- Candidates with a warehousing, manufacturing, transport or logistics experience is highly desirable
