About the Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls effectively between a range of stakeholders. You will proactively identify opportunities for continual service delivery and communicate with relevant channels to create positive outcomes for the organisation and their customers. You will promote the customer’s understanding of our client’s service by effectively communicating and delivering exceptional service to retain their loyalty.
You will be an outgoing, customer-focused individual with exceptional communication skills. You will be dedicated to ensuring customers experience outstanding service which ensures they maintain trust and loyalty with our client. You will be able to manage time effectively, and work quickly to deliver outcomes. You will thrive in a contact centre environment where you are able to shift priorities quickly and maintain focus across a range of key priorities.
You will ideally bring:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a call centre environment in the professional services industry.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to manage and escalate difficult phone calls when required.
- Business-centric mindset.
