Troocoo are partnering with an innovative and dynamic organisation. Our client has seen significant success due to their customer first approach and ability to deliver industry leading results.   

Due to the recent weather events, we are seeking a temporary customer service consultant for an immediate start.

About the Role:
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for customers, liaising with a wide range of stakeholders, and following procedures to ensure resolution of customer queries.
  
Additional responsibilities include:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer enquiries.
  • Ensuring all matters are handled in line with internal policies/procedures.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the timely and quality management of queries.
  • Ensure all required documentation is obtained, verify quality of files and maintain data integrity.
About you:
To be successful in this position, you will ideally possess the following attributes:
  • Previous experience working within a similar position within customer service.
  • Customer focused with proven success providing a seamless customer experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong resilience and the ability to manage high workloads.
  • You will enjoy contributing to a team environment and be active in sharing information and working collaboratively with the wider organisation.
