Troocoo are proud to be partnering with a reputable organisation that pride themselves on delivering exceptional service. Due to increased workload, we are looking for Customer Service Officers for a six month temporary assignment. Head office is based in Southbank.

The role of Customer Service Officer is multifaceted and will require you to provide information and support to customers. Other key responsibilities include:
  • First point of contact for customers to assist with enquiries through a multi-channel environment
  • Maintain accurate records through assessing and processing customer requests and generating correspondence
  • Adhoc administrative tasks
This position is well suited to an outcomes focused and professional individual. You will have a passion for customer service and be able to productively engage with a variety of stakeholders. You will also thrive within a fast paced environment, be able to work independently and have an ability to work across a variety of systems and modes of communication.
