Troocoo are proud to be partnering with a government agency that are community focused and pride themselves on delivering exceptional service. Due to growth, we are looking for Customer Service Officers for three-month temporary assignments. Head office is based on the North side of Brisbane.
The role of Customer Service Officer is multifaceted and will require you to provide information and support to customers regarding policy and legislative guidelines as well as being involved in the assessment of customer requests. Key responsibilities include:

The role of Customer Service Officer is multifaceted and will require you to provide information and support to customers regarding policy and legislative guidelines as well as being involved in the assessment of customer requests. Key responsibilities include:
- First point of contact for customers to assist with enquiries through a multi-channel environment
- Transition customers to ongoing use of web services
- Maintain accurate records through assessing and processing customer requests and generating correspondence
- Adhoc administrative tasks
