About the organisation:

We are excited to be recruiting for a Customer Service Agent on behalf of a global recognized organisation in the construction materials industry.  This full-time, permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service
Based at Brisbane Airport’s Skygate Precinct, you’ll work in a modern, open-plan office alongside a friendly and collaborative team. With great amenities including end-of-trip facilities, fresh fruit deliveries, and regular social events. . This is an opportunity to step into the corporate world - all training provided.

About the role:
  • Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls from across Australia
  • Accurately process and manage customer orders for concrete and aggregate products
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer queries and plan ahead for daily operations
  • Work rotating shifts between 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm, with occasional flexibility required between 4am–7pm
  • Work one 5-hour Saturday shift every 4 weeks, with an RDO (Rostered Day Off) provided the following week
  • Achieve individual KPIs and be rewarded with a quarterly performance bonus
  
About You:

We’re looking for candidates who bring a positive attitude and a strong customer-first mindset. You don’t need prior logistics or construction experience – a comprehensive 4-week training program will get you up to speed. Ideal candidates will:
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in a customer service - related role
  • Be resilient and composed in a busy environment
  • Show curiosity and a willingness to learn
  • Work collaboratively to solve problems and deliver outcomes
  • Be compassionate and professional when dealing with all stakeholders
