Work in a Customer Service Admin position near Eagle Farm. Join a fun and inclusive team dealing with regular customers and processing of their orders. 

This is a part time permanent position working 4 days per week. Hours are approx. 7.30am - 3.30pm but can be flexible. 
One Saturday morning per month may be required; you will get paid overtime for this at penalty rates. 

Duties include: 
  • Responding to business-to-business customer enquiries, providing solutions
  • Answering customer calls, emails, assisting with purchasing
  • Processing orders and entering data
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Nurturing and building strong relationships with customers
  • Responding to invoicing queries and updating the online system with pricing/discounts
  • General administrative tasks
Experience required:
  • A customer service professional with a positive attitude
  • Possess strong organisational skills, ability to multi-task
  • An exceptional communicator, able to handle challenging situations
  • Strong administration skills (data entry, order processing, invoicing), strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • A can-do attitude and a passion for high-level customer service.

Salary: approx. $65K per annum plus super - Pro Rata to 4 Days per week.
