This is a part time permanent position working 4 days per week. Hours are approx. 7.30am - 3.30pm but can be flexible.
One Saturday morning per month may be required; you will get paid overtime for this at penalty rates.
Duties include:
- Responding to business-to-business customer enquiries, providing solutions
- Answering customer calls, emails, assisting with purchasing
- Processing orders and entering data
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Nurturing and building strong relationships with customers
- Responding to invoicing queries and updating the online system with pricing/discounts
- General administrative tasks
- A customer service professional with a positive attitude
- Possess strong organisational skills, ability to multi-task
- An exceptional communicator, able to handle challenging situations
- Strong administration skills (data entry, order processing, invoicing), strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- A can-do attitude and a passion for high-level customer service.
Salary: approx. $65K per annum plus super - Pro Rata to 4 Days per week.
