Job description
Job Duties:
- Perform standard administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
- Handle customer service inquiries via phone and email, providing excellent support and resolving issues efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing office supplies and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
- Providing support to the claims team with associated tasks.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience in administrative and customer service roles.
- Ability to work full-time hours on-site in Sunshine, Melbourne.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
- $35 hourly
