Job Duties:
  • Perform standard administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
  • Handle customer service inquiries via phone and email, providing excellent support and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Assist in maintaining and organizing office supplies and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Providing support to the claims team with associated tasks.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Prior experience in administrative and customer service roles.
  • Ability to work full-time hours on-site in Sunshine, Melbourne.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • $35 hourly
