In this newly created role, you’ll help shape the customer journey by designing, building and delivering campaigns that enhance acquisition, engagement and retention outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Designing and delivering personalised, multi-channel campaigns using customer insights and automation tools.
- Leading campaign execution from journey mapping and build through to deployment and performance analysis.
- Supporting the migration of existing journeys to a new marketing automation platform -ensuring all activity is compliant, effective, and customer-focused.
- Maintaining a strong focus on regulatory and risk frameworks, including privacy, digital consent, and industry-specific obligations.
- Driving campaign performance through test-and-learn strategies, ongoing optimisation, and data-led reporting.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across digital, product, analytics, compliance and operations to execute high-impact initiatives.
Successful Candidate
You’re passionate about customer experience and thrive in fast-paced, regulated environments. You bring a hands-on approach to campaign delivery and are equally comfortable working at both strategic and technical levels.
- Proven experience in customer marketing, campaign delivery or marketing automation -ideally within financial services or another regulated environment.
- Strong working knowledge of enterprise marketing automation platforms (e.g. Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Unica).
- Demonstrated ability to manage and execute complex lifecycle campaigns across multiple channels.
- Solid understanding of compliance and privacy frameworks in digital marketing.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Exposure to data manipulation tools (e.g. SQL) and/or experience with platform migrations will be highly regarded.
