Troocoo are proud to be assisting a valued Government client in the recruitment of multiple A02 Customer Experience Officers (part-time)!
You must be available to commence on Wednesday 21st January if successful. The first 4 weeks will be full-time for training then moving to part-time hours.
Initial 3 month ongoing agency contracts | South Bank location | $36.45 p/hour + super | must be available ASAP.
Part-time contracts | Monday to Saturday
Minimum 3 shifts | Mon - Thurs 2.00pm to 7.00pm or 3.00pm to 8.30pm | Fri 10.00am to 6.00pm | Sat 9.00am to 3.00pm - Rotational roster
The Roles

The Roles
These roles will be the first point of customer contact assisting with student enquiries, requests and transactions!
- Managing a high volume of inbound calls within the call centre.
- Attentively listening to customer enquiries and providing advice and resolutions.
- Processing a high volume of customer requests and applications.
- Engaging and educating customers on services and options available.
- Maintaining a positive, professional and caring attitude towards the customer
- You must be available to commence on 21st January if successful.
- You must be fully available for the contract duration.
- You must be available to work full onsite in South Bank.
- Prior experience within a high-volume contact centre is mandatory.
- Candidates on a Working Holiday Visa (Subclass 417) encouraged to apply!
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport.
- Punctuality, attendance and adherence to the contract is of utmost importance.
