Troocoo are assisting a valued Government client recruit multiple Customer Experience Officers (AO2) commencing in June until end of July 2023, with possible extensions.
$35.04 p/hour + super | Brisbane based - Southbank, Northside and Southside | Full-time positions only
These roles will be the first point of customer contact assisting with educational enquiries, requests and transactions!
The role:
- Managing a high volume of inbound calls within the contact centre
- Attentively listening to customer enquiries and providing advice and resolutions
- Processing a high volume of customer requests and applications
- Engaging and educating customers on services and options available
- Maintaining a positive, professional and caring attitude towards customer
- You must be available to attend full-time training for the first two weeks
- Successful candidates will be trained and considered to work within the contact centre AND customer counters (face to face)
- Own a reliable mode of transport – you may be required to work across other work-sites within North Brisbane or South Brisbane
- Busy, supportive and fun team!
- Experience within customer service (retail) & contact centre is essential
- Ability to be flexible and work with busy schedules and deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport
- Communicating information clearly and concisely
