Our well known and reputable client is looking for their next customer service super star to join their dynamic team. In this role you will be working in a busy and vibrant close knit call centre conducting a high volume of outbound calls via warm leads. This is a full-time permanent position $55,000 + super, offering annual leave and sick leave, Monday – Friday 9am-5pm, Bonus incentives in place.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Contacting customers
- Following up leads via phone and email
- Scheduling and booking appointments.
- Quotes and pricing analysis
- Database management
- Inbound calls
- Following up payment
- High level of customer service
- Outstanding customer service experience
- Confident and outgoing personality
- Enjoying speaking with customers and building relationships
- Ability to pickup new systems
- Reliable work ethic
