Troocoo is proud to be partnering with a leading financial services organisation to recruit a CRO & Digital Optimisation Specialist. This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly visible role where your work will directly shape digital customer experiences at scale.

This organisation is in a strong growth phase, with increasing digital maturity, a refreshed design system, and significant appetite for experimentation. The groundwork has been laid. Now they need someone who can roll up their sleeves and truly own the CRO and experimentation.

About the Role
Reporting to a Senior Digital Experience leader within a customer-centric digital function, this role owns the conversion rate optimisation and personalisation program across web, online banking and mobile banking.

This is a hands-on role. You will diagnose opportunities, form hypotheses, design and execute experiments, analyse results, quantify statistical significance, and translate insights into meaningful improvements. There is no delegation layer. You will be involved from strategy through to execution and reporting.

You will work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, analytics, marketing and product stakeholders, acting as the central point of contact for CRO across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own and deliver the CRO and experimentation roadmap across digital channels.
  • Design, build, launch and optimise experiments using Adobe Target.
  • Develop clear hypotheses backed by data, research and customer insight.
  • Quantify and communicate experiment outcomes, including statistical significance.
  • Partner with UX, product owners and developers to bring tests to life.
  • Coordinate experiment delivery through an agile pipeline (Jira experience helpful).
  • Analyse performance using Adobe Analytics and related tools.
  • Influence stakeholders with clear, evidence-based recommendations.
  • Balance micro-level experimentation with macro-level business impact.
About You
You are an optimisation specialist who enjoys being close to the work and seeing the impact of your ideas in market. You are structured, curious, commercially minded and confident working with data, but equally comfortable engaging and negotiating with stakeholders.

You might come from CRO, digital optimisation, analytics, UX research or a BA-leaning background, but you understand experimentation deeply and know how to turn insight into action.

Key Experience
  • 3–5+ years’ experience delivering CRO or digital optimisation programs.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics or Braze.
  • Experience running statistically valid experiments and clearly documenting outcomes.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility and customer behaviour.
  • Experience working closely with designers and development teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in regulated or complex digital environments is highly regarded.
