The role:     
This is an exciting opportunity to join our large Digital domain as Microsoft Dynamics CRM Project Manager in their new Customer Experience and Engagement team.
  
As an accomplished senior leader, you’ll work with extraordinary people who are passionate and courageous about enabling clients to meet and exceed their potential.
  
You will also work with not-for-profits, government and medium to large scale organisations to improve the way they work, engage with their customers and drive cost out of service delivery.
  
Specific responsibilities will include:
  • Responsibility for developing client relationships obtain inputs from the client and communicate to the team
  • Ability to analyse client requirements and business needs or objectives to determine how solutions can best meet client’s requirements and objectives.
  • Ability to monitor and manage budgets, and calculate and deploy the appropriate resources
  • End to End management and co-ordination of projects and responsible for the successful completion of projects within budget
  • Attend or conduct Project Steering committee, and conduct project status meetings
  • Ensure that the technical aspects of projects meet required standards 
The successful candidate will be able to satisfy the following technical experience:
  • 5 years + experience spanning a range of project sizes employing End-to-End Agile project delivery methods,
  • Demonstrated experience managing project teams to deliver MS Dynamics CRM solutions
  • Professional services experience or experience from a medium to large scale organisation where you have gained relevant experience.
  • Experience in digital transformation with proven capability in customer experience design and management, which is complemented with deep exposure to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • You are a passionate leader and an innovative thinker that continually pushes the boundaries of experience design to ensure we meet the ever-changing demands of our customers.
  • High level understanding of stakeholder management and influencing customers and senior management
  • Demonstrates strong communication, engagement and influencing skills
