Troocoo is proud to partner with a leading Tier 1 mining organisation, based in Perth’s CBD for a minimum 12 month contract.
This globally recognised company is currently seeking a Contract Specialist to join their high-performing team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering a range of high-value projects across the business.

Key responsibilities
- Maintaining a high standard of end-to-end procurement and contract management across a portfolio of capital contracts.
- Leading key commercial negotiations and ensuring supplier partnerships deliver long-term value.
- Development and impementations of sourcing strategies for the project.
- Liaising with senior project stakeholders to deliver strategic procurement outcomes.
- Anticipating and mitigating supply chain risks across project lifecycles.
- Driving supplier performance and contract compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality commercial deliverables, including data-driven strategies.
- Providing a high level of engagement with internal stakeholders while influencing and managing external supplier relationships.
Skills and experience
- Proven experience in end-to-end contract management, including tendering, evaluation, and negotiation within large capital projects - ideally in the mining, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a collaborative approach to working across multidisciplinary teams.
