Contract Manager

Job description

Troocoo is partnering with our client to appoint a skilled Contract Manager to support their commercial team. This newly created role reports to the Commercial Manager and will act as the central point of accountability for end-to-end contract management, including administration, record keeping, reporting, and performance monitoring across the organisation. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring supplier contracts remain compliant, current, and consistently deliver value to the business.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and coordinate new supplier agreements, amendments, and breach notices.
  • Manage and maintain contract records, data, and documentation.
  • Liaise with contractors to ensure compliance with contract terms, licences, and insurance requirements.
  • Monitor key contractual milestones and escalate any performance or compliance concerns.
  • Coordinate contract audits and assist with regular reporting requirements.
  • Provide structured administration and support to procurement, sourcing, and supply projects.
  • Support the ongoing improvement of contract management systems and processes.
  • Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external suppliers for all contract-related matters.
Skills and experience: 
  • Proven experience in Contract Manager, Contract Specialist, Contract Administration role or similar.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple contracts simultaneously, including contract administration and performance tracking.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and contract management systems.
