Contact Centre Operator

Job description

Troocoo is partnering with a purpose-driven organisation to support an urgent uplift in their customer service team. With recent structural changes and an influx of calls, we are looking for four Contact Centre Officers who can step in quickly and provide calm, confident support to a diverse range of customers, including elderly callers seeking guidance.

About the role;
This is a fast-paced inbound role where you will respond to general queries, help customers understand where to go for information, and support people with questions about their plans and services.

You will take calls from across multiple areas, and work closely with the intake team who manage elderly clients and more complex needs. While the calls are varied, your approach will remain steady, supportive and customer-centred.

The team has recently relocated to Brisbane's outer South-West and you will work five days per week in the office initially, with flexibility available once onboarding is complete. There is parking around the office and a supportive team environment ready to bring you on board.

About you;
This role will suit someone with previous contact centre experience, strong communication skills and the ability to manage high call volumes during peak periods.

You will be comfortable speaking with customers, navigating different systems and remaining calm when callers have been waiting on hold.

These opportunities are available immediately, and you will need to be available to start Monday, the 15th of December and commit to working through until February.  There is a potential for extension depending on capacity needs.

If you are available to start on Monday, enjoy meaningful customer interactions and thrive in a busy team environment, we would love to hear from you.
Apply today, and the Troocoo team will be in touch asap.
