This position will focus on engaging directly with builders, contractors, developers, retailers and other stakeholders across the construction sector to build strong, lasting partnerships.

- Identify and engage key stakeholders involved in project delivery, including contractors, developers and procurement teams.
- Drive product visibility by presenting tailored solutions aligned to project requirements.
- Stay across market activity, competitor moves, and industry trends to refine your sales approach.
- Deliver accurate and timely sales reporting, including forecasting and territory performance.
- Support product education and training to ensure buy-in and correct application.
- Build trust and credibility across new and existing customer relationships. Strengthening relationships with key builders and construction firms.
- A natural relationship builder who understands the importance of trust in long-term partnerships.
- Self-motivated and outcomes-driven, with a sharp eye for opportunity.
- Detail-focused, yet agile and adaptive to a fast-moving market.
- Committed to representing high-quality products with integrity and energy.
- Experience in sales or business development role ideally within the building or construction sector.
- Strong commercial acumen and persuasive communication skills.
- A proactive approach to pipeline development, tendering and closing deals.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and project tracking tools.
- Sound knowledge of how construction projects are scoped, specified, and delivered.
