- Lead and develop a team supporting capability uplift and evolving operating models.
- Own the commercial performance of the function, balancing cost, quality, risk, and customer outcomes.
- Drive productivity, margin improvement, and cost optimisation through data-led decision making and process efficiency.
- Govern supplier and assessor performance against commercial, service, quality, and compliance KPIs.
- Lead transformation and change initiatives to support growth, scalability, and evolving customer expectations.
- Lead and develop a team supporting capability uplift and evolving operating models.
- Partner with internal stakeholders across the business to achieve shared business objectives.
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex operational, performance, or stakeholder matters.
- Proven experience in leading teams.
- Exposure to the building, construction, and/or insurance-related industries preferred but not essential.
- Strong commercial experience managing supplier cost, performance, and service outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage external suppliers.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
