Key responsibilities include: 
  • Lead and develop a team supporting capability uplift and evolving operating models.
  • Own the commercial performance of the function, balancing cost, quality, risk, and customer outcomes.
  • Drive productivity, margin improvement, and cost optimisation through data-led decision making and process efficiency.
  • Govern supplier and assessor performance against commercial, service, quality, and compliance KPIs.
  • Lead transformation and change initiatives to support growth, scalability, and evolving customer expectations.
  • Lead and develop a team supporting capability uplift and evolving operating models.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across the business to achieve shared business objectives.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex operational, performance, or stakeholder matters.
Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in leading teams.
  • Exposure to the building, construction, and/or insurance-related industries preferred but not essential.
  • Strong commercial experience managing supplier cost, performance, and service outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage external suppliers.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
