About Your New Role:
You will be working on consumer or commercial accounts, using your negotiation expertise to establish effective payment plans. - Empower customers through engaging negotiations to recover outstanding arrears, offering education on meeting future obligations.
- Wear your detective hat, engaging in skip tracing and enforcement proceedings to track down elusive debtors.
- Reviewing accounts and determining the best course of action for both the client and the company.
- Keep our account records accurate and compliant.
- Executive professional call conduct with a high level of customer service for our customers and/or third parties.
With negotiation and problem-solving as your superpowers, you are a customer-focused collections officer with experience in finance and secured asset debt recovery.
- Minimum 6 months in a collection role within secured asset collections.
- Skip-tracing experience.
- Experience in educating customers on future obligations.
- Ability to review accounts and determine the best course of action for both the client and the company.
- High attention to detail in maintaining accurate and compliant account records.
- Work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
