The Opportunity

As a Cloud Systems DevOps Engineer, you will support and enhance the organisation’s infrastructure platforms across cloud and on-prem environments. This role focuses on operational excellence, security, automation, and strategic improvements aligned with a cloud-first roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support IT infrastructure across Windows, RedHat, AWS, and Azure environments.
• Drive automation using scripting tools (PowerShell, Python) and DevOps best practices.
• Maintain and enhance Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, Teams, Intune, and Azure AD.
• Oversee security technologies including Microsoft Defender, Zscaler, PAM, and IAM systems.
• Monitor, patch, and upgrade systems in line with security and compliance standards.
• Respond to incidents and participate in an on-call support roster as needed.

Skills and Experience Required

• Extensive experience with Windows Server, AD, DHCP, DNS, and Microsoft 365 suite.
• Demonstrated ability to automate infrastructure tasks and deployments.
• Strong understanding of security, risk, and compliance in regulated environments.
• Background in managing complex 24x7 production environments.
• Experience with scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, Python, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
