Troocoo have partnered with an established aged care provider in Broken Hill and are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to lead clinical operations and support high-quality, person-centred care for residents.

About the Role

• Lead and support RNs, ENs and care staff team.
• Oversee clinical assessments, care plans, case conferences and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with aged care standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage AN-ACC documentation and support accreditation requirements.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and allied health teams.

About You

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• 4+ years aged care clinical experience.
• Strong leadership and documentation skills.
• Skilled in wound care, medication management and chronic disease management.
• Confident communicator with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain one.
• Full Working Rights in Australia.
