Troocoo have partnered with an established aged care provider in Mildura, VIC and are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to lead clinical operations and drive team culture to support high-quality, person-centred care for residents.

About the Role

• Lead and support RNs, ENs and care staff team.
• Oversee clinical assessments, care plans, case conferences and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with aged care standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage AN-ACC documentation and support accreditation requirements.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and allied health teams.

About You

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• 4+ years aged care clinical experience.
• Strong leadership and documentation skills.
• Skilled in wound care, medication management and chronic disease management.
• Confident communicator with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain one.
• Full Working Rights in Australia.
